I led initiatives that reduced CAC, sharpened attribution, and improved retention and over time, a clear pattern emerged: the biggest obstacles weren't ideas or effort. They were systems, and the lack of clear data to steer them.

Those patterns shaped my move toward building the intelligence and operational backbone behind effective marketing — the KPIs, attribution models, dashboards, and integrated platforms that make growth measurable, efficient, and predictable.
